The 2017 edition of SOFINS was also distinguished by the organization of a start-up day after the submission of 65 applications. Eleven start-ups were able to present their innovations to a panel of representatives of the French and foreign special forces. During the gala evening at the Bordeaux Stock Exchange, four trophies were awarded, and the “SOFINS Forces Spéciales 2017 prize” went to the company BlackBoxSecu for its solution for securing voice communications.
