WhatsApp messages are being blocked in China

The WhatsApp users in China claim problems with the service in mainland China which stopped partially working. It leads to speculation that the Chinese Government could have partially blocked WhatsApp, which offers users more privacy from spying authorities than alternative apps because it uses end-to-end encryption. The same restriction might be imposed on any VoIP secured communicator using internet connection in its functionality.

BlackBoxSecu solution that proposes direct E2E encryption / decryption at the voice source (mouth) / hearing organ (ear) and communicate over classic voice channels of 2G/3G/4G networks, and not IP data channels, is resistant against such clampdown.
